Due to the nature of food products, our return policy is limited.

All Sales Are Final
All candy purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos

If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
